Each year CWJF gives $1000 scholarships to young women graduating from high schools in Conroe, Cypress-Fairbanks, Klein, Magnolia Spring, and Tomball Independent School Districts. Twenty-nine (29) of these are Endowed scholarships. In 2023-24 CWJF awarded an additional 34 Current Year Scholarships from general donations making the total number of awarded scholarships sixty-four (64).
Endowed Scholarship: This is a $20,000.00 donation, invested so that the interest will fund an annual $1000 scholarship in the name of the donor, or in honor or memory of a person(s) or event. It can be given in a lump sum or in annual payments of $6500.00 over the first two (2) year period with a final payment of $7,000.00. Recognition will be given after the full $20,000.00 has been paid and invested.
